How enquiry forms work

When you submit an enquiry, the form data is sent to FormSubmit, which forwards it to our Google Gmail inbox. The data is used to review your request, respond and prepare a proposal where appropriate.

Legal bases

Depending on the request, we process information to take steps before a contract, perform a contract, meet legal obligations or pursue legitimate interests such as responding to business enquiries.

Sharing and retention

FormSubmit processes form submissions so they can be delivered by email, and Google provides the receiving email service. We may also use hosting, document, project-management and professional-service providers. We retain enquiry information only as long as needed to respond, manage a potential or active client relationship, and meet legal or accounting obligations. Confirm the final retention schedule before public launch.

Your rights

You may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. You may also complain to the relevant data protection authority.
